Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre is wheelchair accessible at all entrances into the Centre and three passenger lifts are provided to access the 1st floor of the Shopping Centre and the upper floors of car park.

Disabled parking bays are located on the 1st floor of the car park, adjacent to the Library and further spaces are also available on floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts. Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre also provides courtesy wheelchairs on request. The wheelchairs are available from the car park office on the 1st floor on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers wishing to phone in advance to pre-book a wheelchair can do so by contacting us on 020 8567 3453.

All stores that are wheelchair accessible are identified by the disabled logo in the store guide.

Disabled toilet facilities are available on the ground floor of the shopping centre near the Oak Road entrance to the Centre. This facility is operated by a RADAR Key.

Toilets are located at the Oak Road entrance to the Centre.

Two baby changing facilities are available at our customer toilet facilities located at the Oak Road entrance to the Centre. In addition, baby changing facilities are also available in Beales Department Store on the 1st floor of the Centre and in Marks & Spencer on High Street mall.

The Centre’s Security Office is happy to help with all lost property enquiries and is located on the 1st floor or the shopping centre opposite the library. This office is also contactable by phone 24 hours a day on 020 8567 3453.
